WTA and DGF israel has moved dozens of INTEL shipments to CTU in Q1 2020.
INTEL Israel contract to deliver microchips to CTU is very strict with 2-5 days delivery time with no room for mistakes.
The commodity is very expensive and every delay can effect the factory working sequence.

WTA has chosen to be the leading vendor for this project by using Cathay Pacific network.
The global logistics took place in few stages due to the CoronaVirus worldwide restrictions and influence on the Aviation world:
First stage  – INTEL shipments were build in Swissport cargo terminal, supervision by WTA staff and escort to the Aircraft parking for loading.
flown to HKG to connect the flight to CTU in 5 hours connection time.
For that – WTA had to build it on through pallet so it will go all the way with no breakdowns.
Special inspection team in HKG followed up each shipment and secured loading for next flights, left no room for mistakes!

Covid 19 hit: Cathay Pacific flights TLV-HKG cancelled!
WTA combined another major airline they represent -Virgin Atlantic Airways.
TLV to LHR to connect Cathay Pacific flights LHR-HKG and again , short connection time and quick trasnfer between DNATA warehouses, this was working great and time limitation was not exceeded.

Customer demand and satisfaction for Cathay Pacific’s services between Hong Kong and Tel Aviv are also reasons behind the airline’s decision to announce additional frequencies between the two cities from next summer.

Launched in March 2017 as a four-times-weekly operation, the Airbus A350-900-operated route will be served six times a week from 25 March 2018, increasing to daily throughout October and November.

Mr Lam said: “We are delighted by how well the Tel Aviv service has been received, with high load factors being sustained since its launch.

“This customer support has encouraged us to increase frequency on the route, which will provide even greater convenience and gives our customers another reason for choosing Cathay Pacific.”
